CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM We offer a no-fee, no-obligation Corporate Membership program, designed as a simple and direct benefit for your employees. This program provides your eligible employees and their family members with a discount card to US Dental Care, at no expense to your company. For added convenience, we have direct billing agreements with many Russian and worldwide insurance companies. DENTAL EDUCATION AND CHARITY PROGRAM US Dental Care values the promotion of good dental hygiene practice. With in this in mind, we offer a specially developed dental hygiene program for schools, kindergartens and other institutions. Our fun and educational hygienist visits and our informational visits (for example, supporting a school Sports Day or Parent-Teacher Meeting), have proven to be very popular and well-received by the children, teachers and parents alike. For a small fee, we are also happy to organize a class or school dental check visit. As an extension of this program, we also offer a dental charity program, providing free education visits as well as check-up and cleaning days for charities based in Moscow. PERSONAL DENTAL PROGRAM US Dental Care is pleased to offer a two-tier dental program for individuals. Tier 1 – Annual Complete Full annual program comprising two check-ups and cleaning treatments with family discount card bonus Tier 2 – Annual Basic Half annual program comprising one check-up and cleaning treatment with free dental hygiene gift bonus USEFUL ADVICE: Regular dental examinations and cleaning treatments are recommended for the maintenance of good oral health in adults and children (from the age of 6 months to one year, depending on when their first tooth erupts). The frequency of your routine dental visits should be determined by your dentist or dental hygienist, based on your individual needs – more frequent visits than once or twice a year may be necessary for those at increased risk of oral diseases due to age, pregnancy, tobacco and alcohol use, periodontal diseases, oral hygiene, and some particular health conditions (for example: diabetes, dry mouth). As a US Dental Care patient, you will receive a full diagnosis of your dental health with a personalized treatment plan. REFERRAL PROGRAM We appreciate our patients’ referrals and have developed a special program to thank our current patients for their active support of US Dental Care.
